Please fill out this contact sheet to submit to the union office.  A grievance is defined as a a violation of the terms of the contract or interpretation or application of the contract.  If you feel that you are having an issue with your management team, fill out the following form and someone from the union office will contact your shortly to gather more information.  Please be aware that most issues can be solved by talking with management.
